肝再生研究中胆汁淤积性实验动物模型进展 被引量：1

摘要 肝脏具备强大的再生能力，它能在各种损伤因素致伤后部分或完全恢复肝脏结构并实现功能重建。这种肝再生理念构成了现代肝外科和肝病治疗的基础。在移植医学中，缩小体积的肝移植物、劈裂肝移植、还有活体肝移植就是基于术后受体的肝再生使肝体积增大并完成功能重建的。还有“肝桥概念（liver bridging）”已用于治疗急性肝衰，其意义就是进行暂时性的肝功能替代，如运用辅助性肝移植、肝细胞移植或人工肝辅助系统等手段，维持患者生命直到其自体肝完成再生。然而，肝再生在肝损伤之后并不一定会发生，一旦肝再生不足或者不再生，
