炼油装置检修过程中,实施联合检查是一项行之有效的做法,联合检查分为装置交付检修前的联合检查确认、检修过程中的联合检查和开工条件确认。通过联合检查,各负其责,保证了检查的专业性和有效性。
Joint inspection is very effective during the overhaul of refining units.Joint inspection can be di- vided into joint inspection confirmation prior to the overhaul,joint inspection during the overhaul,and confirmation of startup conditons.The professionality and validity of inspection can be guaranteed by means of joint inspection,in which each party takes a specif- ic responsibility.
