代建制是近年来政府投资项目推行的管理模式,本文通过代建制在浙江美术馆项目两年多的实践,主要阐述在实施过程中的体会及体现的优势,以推动代建制的健康发展。

In recent years, the government is popularizing a new management pattern called Project Management Agent at investment projects. This article mainly expatiates on the experience and advantages during the process of implement by two-year practice of Project Management Agent at Zhejiang Art Museum Project in order to promote healthy develooment of the system.
