Development and Research Status of Energy-efficiency of Wood Construction

摘要 建筑节能是当代世界建筑发展的一个基本趋向,有利于国民经济发展,保护生态环境。概述了国内外木结构建筑节能的发展和研究概况,并分析了与木结构建筑节能政策、管理与市场的相关主体及其相互关系。提出今后研究与开发的工作重点和发展策略是加大新产品研发,加强教育和科学研究、并做好宣传培训工作,建立行业协会和加强建设认证机构。 Building energy efficiency is a basic tendency of the contemporary world construction development and it is advantageous to the national economy and the environment protection. The development and research status of energy-efficiency in wood construction were summarized. The main parts about energy-efficiency policy, management and market and their relations were analyzed. The key and the development strategy of the future research and development work were proposed, which is to enlarge the new product research and development, to strengthen the education and the scientific research, to complete the training work, to establish the profession association and to enhance construction certificate authority of the wood construction.
