摘要
目的观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法68例冠心病心绞痛的患者,随机分为两组,对照组32例,采用常规抗心绞痛药物治疗,通心络组36例,在采用常规抗心绞痛药物基础上加用通心络胶囊,观察两组疗效,比较有效率。结果通心络组显效18例(50.0%),有效15例(41.6%),总有效率91.6%;对照组显效13例(40.6%),有效10例(31.2%),总有效率71.8%;通心络组总有效率明显优于对照组。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛效果明显。
Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods 68 cases with angina pectoris were randomly divide into control group （ routine treatment） and Tongxinluo capsule group（ routine treatment added Tongxinluo capsule）. Results Total effective power of improving angina pectoris in Tongxinluo capsule group and control group were 91.6% ,71.8% respectively. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule is effective to angina pectoris.
