冠心病患者健康教育需求调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the needs for health education in patients with coronary heart disease

目的为探讨有效的冠心病患者健康教育模式,调查患者的健康教育需求。方法采取问卷与面谈的方法,调查了100例冠心病患者疾病知识和健康教育需求。结果被调查者具有一定的冠心病相关知识,但欠缺深层次的知识;被调查者的健康知识最多由医务人员处获得;91%患者迫切需求接受健康教育;最想学习的内容是急性发作的预防与处理;最受欢迎的教育方式是家访授课。结论医务人员应重视重视健康教育内容和形式的研究,根据患者的个体需求,有针对性地进行健康教育。

Objective To provide effective mode of health education in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） ,the needs for health education in patients with CHD were investigated. Methods Questionnaire and interview were used to survey the requirement for health education of 100 patients with CHD. Results They knew a little CHD-related knowledge, but less in depth. The main way acquirng CHD-related knowledge were from medical staff. 91% of patients thought that it was necessary to carry out health education. They had most needs for the knowledge on prevention and disposal of acute attack. The major choice of education means was visit to the patients and giving instruction. Conclusion Meical staff should lay importance on the health education of patients with CHD. The education should be selective in line with the practical needs of patients.
