摘要
2007年10月1日施行的《物权法》对海域物权的规定,标志着我国海域物权法律规定的进一步完善.本文从创设海域物权的法律根据、我国海域物权的性质以及海域物权的公示制度三个方面对我国海域物权的法律规定进行探讨,并在此基础上,对海域的界定和养殖海域使用权的问题提出自己的分析和见解.
The Property Law stipulate the property right of sea area. It indicates that the legal prescription of property right of sea area has been improved ulteriorly. The article probes into the legal prescription of property right of sea area form the fellow aspects：the legal foundation, nature and the notification system. And then, author analyses the questions about the use of breed sea area and the boundary of sea area, and gives out the views.
