构建我国基本养老保障制度的思考

A Research of the Establishing of the Basic Endowment Security System in China

基本养老保障制度是社会保障制度的核心。我国现行的基本养老保障制度存在不少问题,我国应建立由中央财政支付养老金的城镇基本养老保障制度,以土地保障为内容的农村基本养老保障制度,同时打通城乡基本养老保障的联系。

The basic endowment security system is the core of the social guarantee system. There are many problems in our current basic endowment security system. Our country should establish a system that old- age pension in town pays from the central public finance, and the basic endowment security system in village should be based on the farmland. In the meantime, we should contact the basic endowment security system in town with that in village.
