摘要
提出并采用了换热器强化传热性能评价准则,即强化换热器单位换热量的熵增应小于原来换热器单位换热量的熵增。这一准则,试图从热力学第一定律与第二定律结合的角度,对强化传热效果进行质和量两方面的综合评价。基于该评判准则,选用了一种冷水表面式冷却器,对于不同翅片结构的两种换热器方案进行了流动、传热及热力学特性的计算;通过对计算结果的比较分析,确定了一种较优的冷却器翅片结构,并认为所采用的换热器强化传热评价准则是合理可行的。
Proposes the performance evaluation creteria (PEC) based on whether the entropy increase per unit heat transfer capacity of an enhanced heat exchanger is less than that of the unenhanced one, which helps assess the enhanced heat exchange effects both qualitatively and quantitatively. Compares two air coolers with different extended surface structures through calculation and confirms applicability of the PEC in engineering.
