摘要
文章探讨了我国高校尤其是地方高校教务管理队伍建设存在的问题,提出了加强对教务管理队伍建设重要性的认识;优化教务管理队伍的结构;制定合理的岗位编制和考评、激励机制;注重教务管理人员的在岗培训和交流,使培训和交流等活动制度化、经常化等对策建议。
This paper discusses the problems in the teaching affairs management staff construction in local higher learning institutions. Some suggestions are put forward: strengthening the awareness of the importance of teaching affairs management staff construction; optimizing the structure of teaching affairs management staff; setting up reasonable posts and performance appraisal and incentive mechanism; attaching importance to the training of teaching affairs management staff and exchanges and making training and exchanges regular activities, etc.
