文章探讨了我国高校尤其是地方高校教务管理队伍建设存在的问题,提出了加强对教务管理队伍建设重要性的认识;优化教务管理队伍的结构;制定合理的岗位编制和考评、激励机制;注重教务管理人员的在岗培训和交流,使培训和交流等活动制度化、经常化等对策建议。

This paper discusses the problems in the teaching affairs management staff construction in local higher learning institutions. Some suggestions are put forward： strengthening the awareness of the importance of teaching affairs management staff construction; optimizing the structure of teaching affairs management staff; setting up reasonable posts and performance appraisal and incentive mechanism; attaching importance to the training of teaching affairs management staff and exchanges and making training and exchanges regular activities, etc.
