腰椎滑脱复位系统治疗L_5椎体滑脱的优势

The superiority of spondylolisthesis reduction system(SRS) in the treatment of L_5 spondylolisthesis

目的比较几种内固定装置在腰5椎体滑脱治疗中的疗效。方法回顾分析近年来腰5椎体滑脱应用三种不同内固定装置治疗的效果,包括A组(RF-Ⅱ型+椎间植骨)25例、B组(STEFFEE钢板+椎间植骨)23例和C组62例(SRS+椎间植骨)。结果三组108例患者均得到随访,随访时间1～5年,A、B、C三组在腰椎稳定性及临床疗效方面均比较理想,但在操作方便、手术创伤、远期疗效方面,C组均优于A、B组。特别在腰骶角大的L5椎体滑脱治疗中更能突出其特点。结论SRS是治疗腰5椎体滑脱较理想的复位固定装置。

Objective To investigate the curative effects of L5 spondylolisthesis treated with three kinds of internal fixation. Method Curative effects of L5 spondylolisthesis were analysed retrospectively which were treated with interbody fusion and different internal fixitions ,such as RF-Ⅱ （Agroup,25 cases）, STEFFEE steel plate （Bgroup,23 cases） and SRS （C group,62 cases） in recent years. Result All the cases of three groups were followed up for 1-5 years, they were satisfactory on lumbar stablility and clinical curative effect,while C group was superior to A and B on convenient operation ,surgical trauma and long-term curative effects,especially for them who have big lumbar sacral angel. Conclusion SRS is a ideal surgical reduction fixition installation in the treatment of L5 spondylolisthesis.
