综合疗法治疗类风湿性关节炎效果观察

Clinical efficacy of combined therapies in the treatment of rheumetoid arthritis

目的观察综合疗法治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床治疗效果。方法本组22例,男6例,女16例,采用中药煎剂浸泡、蒸腾,频谱仪照射,关节腔内注射等综合方法治疗1年,随访2年。结果治疗后症状均无复发,有效率100%。结论治疗RA主要应早期诊断及正规的、持续的综合治疗。尤其是在发病早期,合理治疗更为重要。

Objective To observe the effects of combined therapy for rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods This study selected 22 patients,among whom there were 6 male patients and 16 female patients with the average age of 35.6 years old;They were treated with combined therapy,including chliasma of Chinese herbal inedicine and metbotrexate（MTX）, Sulfasalazine plus（SASP） etc.The symptoms of all the patients after the combined therapy were observed and analysed,and average following-up time of two years was taken. Results Of all the 22 cases, 13 were cured, 7 were good, total effectiveness rate has reached 96.2%. Conclusion It is important to early diagnose and take continuous combined therapy for RA,RA without ankylosis and teratosis couhl be cured by the combined therapy within the initial time of one year after occurrence of symptoms,and gain good results.
