摘要
目的设计及建立选择性失神经咬肌的动物模型,为临床外科提供实验资料和理论依据。方法实验兔共计75只,随机平均分为3个实验组:离断咬肌神经干组、离断咬肌神经上分支组、离断咬肌神经下分支组;每只动物作自身对照,均以右侧咬肌为试验侧,左侧咬肌为对照侧。建立选择性失神经咬肌动物模型,并行超声检测肌细胞组织化学,比较肌肉厚度及肌纤维变化。结果与正常咬肌相比,离断神经咬肌厚度减小(P<0.05),肌纤维截面积减小(P<0.05),而且切断不同的神经减小的幅度不同;肌纤维类型及肌细胞结构无明显变化。结论切断咬肌神经及其分支,离断咬肌神经咬肌厚度及肌纤维大小减小,离断不同的神经,咬肌的厚度及肌纤维大小变化也不相同,但不影响实验动物的进食活动。所以,本模型有效、可靠,适用于失神经咬肌的动物实验研究。
Objective The animal model of selected denervated masseter was designed and established, in order to provid experimental datum and theory evidence for clinical surgery. Methods The 75 experimental rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups:the group of abseise masseter nerve, the group of abscise superior division of masseter nerve,the group of abseise inferior division of masseter nerve, in experiment, every rabbit was made as self-control, i.e, the right side was experimental side,and the left side was control side. The animal model of denervated masseter was established,and the thickness of experimental masseter was compared with the normal's ones by the examination of B type uhrasound,at the same time,histoehemistry observation was done. Results The thickness of experimental masseterie tousle got thicker and thieker, and the cross area of muscle fibre got smaller and smaller, bat there was no obvious affeetion to the type of tousle fiber. Conelusion After the operation,different nerve is selected to be abseised,the thickness and the cross area of muscle fibre of denervated masseter is different also. So, the model is available and credible, and is adapted to be used in researching for masseter of denervated nerve in rabbits.
