摘要
目的探讨超声乳化粉碎处理脱入玻璃体腔的晶状体联合人工晶状体巩膜固定术的可行性及临床疗效。方法对16例(16眼)脱入玻璃体腔的晶状体行标准三通道经睫状体扁平部玻璃体切除术、脉冲式高负压超声乳化粉碎晶状体联合人工晶状体巩膜固定术。结果术后病人随访1-20个月,平均5.5个月。术后视力均提高,矫正视力0.5-0.8者11眼,1.0者5眼,均未发生严重并发症。结论脱位入玻璃体腔内的晶状体采用超声乳化粉碎联合人工晶状体巩膜固定术是一种安全有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical effect of phacofragmentation of dislocated lens in the vitre ous cavity combined with scleral fixation of intraocular lens (IOL). Methods Standard three passages pars plana vitrectomy, pulsed wave mode and high negative pressure (HNP) phacofragmentation combined with scleral fixation of IOL were performed on 16 patients (16 eyes) with dislocated lens. Results Postoperative follow-up for 1-20 months (mean 5.5 months) revealed that the visual acuity of all patients was improved, the corrected vision reached 0. 5-0.8 in 11 eyes, and 1.0 in five. No severe complications were noted. Conclusion Phacofragmentation of dislocated lens in the vitreous cavity combined with scleral fixation of IOL is a safe and effective therapy recommendable.
