肝源性糖尿病糖代谢异常的临床分析

Clinic study on glucose metabolic disorder in patients with hepatic diabetes.

目的比较分析肝源性糖尿病与2型糖尿病患者血糖、胰岛素、C肽水平、胰岛素敏感指数、胰岛素抵抗指数,指导临床治疗。方法肝源性糖尿病与2型糖尿病患者,均行OGTT试验,并计算胰岛素敏感指数、胰岛素抵抗指数。结果肝源性糖尿病患者胰岛素敏感性高于2型糖尿病患者(P<0.05),胰岛素抵抗指数低于2型糖尿病患者(P<0.05)。结论肝源性糖尿病患者需降糖治疗时,应首先采用胰岛素治疗,与2型糖尿病患者相比,剂量应较小。

Objective To investigate the differences of glucose, insulin, C-piptide, index of insulin sensitivity and HOMA-IR between the hepatic diabetes and type 2 diabetics. Methods 15 hepatic diabetes and 15 type 2 diabetics were enrolled in the OGTT. Index of insulin sensitivity and HOMA-IR were used for result analysis. Results Compared with type 2 diabetics, Index of insulin sensitivity is higher in hepatic diabetes, but the level of HOMA- IR decreased. Conclusion Antthyperglycemic treatment in hepatic diabetes should always use insulin and be carefully weighed up in each individual.
