摘要
为了弥补供应链的不足,整合企业内外部优势资源,在更大范围内汇总客户的需求,以满足大批量生产或达到定制的需要,从而达到降低成本和更好地满足用户需求的目的.文章对现代企业大批量定制的瓶颈进行分析,并提出了解决方案,建立了基于供需网的大批量定制辅助信息平台的整体框架,进而对平台的推广方式、营销策略及风险市场进行充分阐述。
Mass customization is personalization and customization of the product for mass production and is based on supply and demand network. Mass customization supporting information platform is created to make up the deficiencies in the supply chain, to integrate internal and external enterprise advantaged resources, and to meet the customer demand in a greater scope for mass production or customization, so as to achieve the goal of lowering costs and meeting customers' demands better. In this paper, the bottleneck of mass customization for modern enterprise is analyzed and some solutions are proposed. The overall framework of a mass customization supporting information platform based on supply and demand network is established, then promotion, marketing strategy and market risk of the platform are discussed in full detail.
