目的研究咽部异常感觉的病因,为正确治疗咽部异常感觉提供理论指导。方法将260例门诊就诊的有咽部异常感觉的患者随机分为两组,其中对照组129例按慢性咽炎治疗;治疗组131例查明病因后进行个体化综合治疗。结果治疗后两组患者的疗效间差别有统计学意义(u=7.3105,P<0.01)。结论咽部异常感觉病因复杂,需仔细询问病史,详细检查,查明病因,针对病因进行个体化治疗。
