摘要
目前,关于半刚性基层级配的确定方法有很多,但大多有其难以克服的缺点与不足。传统逐级填充法采用的是重型击实、人工测量计算的方法确定级配,而且试件只做7d饱水无侧限抗压强度检验,不做嵌挤情况分析,因此,得到的级配数据不准确,也得不到可靠的骨架密实结构,从而导致逐级填充法无法在现实中得到有效的推广使用。本文首先提出在逐级填充试验中应用旋转压实仪的新的试验方法,并将合成集料的体积指标作为重要参数应用到嵌挤分析中,来检验合成集料形成骨架结构的可靠性。然后通过大量的实验与数据分析,论证了新型逐级填充法的优越性和可行性。
There are many ways to determine the gradation of semi-rigid base, but most of them have defects. The traditional stage filling determines the gradation with heavy compaction test manually, together with the 7d unconfined compression strength test without inter-lock analysis. This paper puts forward a new method which employs the SGC in stage filling, makes a aggregate inter-lock analysis aiming at the gradation determination, and applies the volumetric index to the inter-lock analysis. Experiment and data analysis indicated that, compared with the traditional method, the proposed method has many advantages.
