摘要
利用固体粉末法在纯铜表面进行Fe-Al共渗,借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和显微硬度计,分别测定渗层的组织结构及表面硬度,并对共渗前后纯铜表面耐磨及高温抗氧化性能进行了对比实验。研究结果表明,Fe和Al在紫铜基体中以固溶体形式存在,形成的含铝α+(α+γ2)组织提高了铜的表面硬度及高温抗氧化性能,而Fe作为形核核心有可能起到细化α+γ2组织的作用,α+γ2片间距减小可使表面耐磨性能相应提高。
By using the solid powder method, the iron-aluminum diffusing layer experiments were done on pure copper substrate. With the scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction instrument and micro-hardness instrument, this paper tests the structure and the surface hardness of diffusing layer were tested respectively. Mso, the wearing resistance and high-temperature oxidation resistance experiments were made on pure copper substrate fore-and-aft the diffusing, respectively. The results showed that iron and aluminum could dissolve in copper substrate, the α + (α + γ2 )structure including aluminum could increase the surface hardness and high- temperature oxidation resistance, and, as the core of shape, iron might thin α + γ2 structure, the decreased + γ2 layer distant could improve the surface wearing resistance.
