摘要
面对高校实验教学存在的众多问题,根据实验设备网络化的思路,以我校的XGK过程控制实验设备作被控对象,研究开发了基于LN2000 DCS的远程控制实验系统。介绍了网络实验系统的结构、组成,并将三容液位定值控制实验作为典型实验,说明了过程控制网络实验系统的工作过程。结果显示,本装置的实验效果令人满意。
Facing to the problems of the experiment teaching in higher education and according to the thought of integration of equipment based on network, a new remote control experiment system was developed, which uses LN2000 DCS system of Lu neng as the controller. The structure and constitution were introduced of the networking experiment system. Meanwhile, as a typical experiment, a three water-tank fixed lever controlling experi- ment was made to show the working process of this remote control experiment system. The experiment results met expectation.
