主动脉内球囊反搏在心脏围手术期的应用

PERI-OPERATIVE APPLICATION OF INTRA-AORTIC BALLOON PUMP IN CARDIAC SURGERY

目的探讨主动脉内球囊反搏术(IABP)在心脏围手术期临床应用效果。方法对16例心脏围手术期病人应用IABP治疗,应用IABP辅助时间平均48 h。结果全组16例中,1例置管失败,13例存活,2例死亡,存活率为81.2%。结论IABP在心脏围手术期中应用可改善病人心功能,稳定血流动力学状态,是提高心外科病人围手术期存活率的一种有效方法。

Objective To explore the effect of peri-operative application of intra-aortic balloon pump （IABP） in cardiac surgery. Methods IABP was applied, time average was 48 hours, in 16 patients undergoing heart surgery peri-operatively. Results Thirteen patients survived, two died after using IABP, the survival rate being 81. 2%. Conclusion Peri-operative IABP can improve patient＇s heart function, stabilize hemodynamics, which is an effective way to raise peri-operative survival for patients undergoing heart surgery.
