纳米复合材料对去除废水中阳离子表面活性剂的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 实验研究了用X型纳米分子筛与硅藻土组成的纳米复合材料,去除废水中阳离子表面活性剂的效果。结果表明,在原水质量浓度为150 mg/L,pH值为7,纳米分子筛与浙江产CD010型硅藻土配比1:1,搅拌时间10 min条件下,去除水体中阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的效果最佳,去除率和吸附量分别达到95.76%、28.73 mg/g。再生实验结果表明,已经达到吸附饱和的纳米复合材料,在300℃高温下煅烧2 h后可以再次利用,对CTAB的去除率达到94%。 The research studies the removal of cationic surfactant in wastewater using nano - coyotes which are combined with nano-zeo-lite and diatomite. The results show: the removal effects of cationic suractant is optimal and the removal rate and adsorption capacity can reach 95.76% and 28.73 mg/g respectively under conditioas: eoncentration of CTAB raw water 150mg/L, pH 7, the ratio of zhejiang CDO10 to nano - zeolite 1 : 1 and the mixing time 10 minutes. The results of using regenerated nano - composite materials show that nano -composite matrials which have reached satruation adsorption can be used again after being calcined two hours under high temperature of 300℃C while the removal efficency can be still up to 94%.
