针对高炉备料车问矿槽槽上卸料小车卸料产生的粉尘,采用移动式的通风槽装置进行治理,该套装置由吸尘罩和其连接的刚性通风管、除尘器组成了移动式除尘系统,从根本上治理了粉尘的污染,保证矿槽的密闭性,仓内产生负压,减少了粉尘的外逸,改善了作业环境并有效回收粉尘资源。

Aimed at the dust produced at the course of unloading, a kind of locomotive ventilating device is adopted, which is composed of dust cover, rigid air duct and cleaner, and it can basically treat the pollution of dust, guarantee the closeness of the slot, reduce the escaping of dust with the negative pressure, improve the working environment and effectively recover the dust resource.
