一起氟化氢泄漏事故的原因调查

摘要 某转炉顶端防腐衬底的焊缝被腐蚀后,衬底在焊缝处被搅拌棒轴头刮开、卷起,卷起的衬底又将搅拌轴头提起,至一定高度后落下,砸在导气箱突出转炉顶端部分,导气箱上部脱离转炉,发生氟化氢泄漏事故。分析了该转炉氟化氢泄漏的原因,提出了解决措施。 After the welding band of anti - corruption background on the and of one converter is conupted, the anti - comuption background is scraped and rolled upon welding band by the end tithe string- axis, and the rolled background lifts the end of the stirring- axis, which drops down from higher place and hashes the end of gas box, so the half- part of the gas box separtes from the converter and HF leakage accident happens. In this paper the causes of leakage are analyzed and some solutions are put forward.
