摘要非小细胞肺癌（non small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）约占肺癌的80．0％，且大多数确诊时已失去手术机会。化疗在NSCLC治疗中占很重要地位，特别是含铂类的两药化疗方案目前已得到公认和肯定。但对于铂类耐药和化疗后病情进展的病人治疗相当棘手。我们采用异环磷酰胺联合羟喜树碱治疗铂类治疗失败后的NSCLC患者取得一定的疗效，总结报道如下。
