摘要
溴代烷与对溴联苯的格氏试剂在FeCl3催化作用下偶联合成4-烷基联苯,然后碘代、氰解合成了三种4-烷基-4′-氰基联苯液晶化合物,总收率58.1%~63.4%,通过IR、^1HNMR、元素分析等对产品进行了表征。该法具有反应条件温和、步骤少、产率高等优点。
4-Alkyl-biphenyl was synthesized by the coupling reaction between Grignard reagent of pbromobiphenyl and alkyl bromide with FeC13 as catalyst. Then, liquid crystal intermediate 4-alkyl-4′- cyanobiphenyl was obtained by iodization and cyanidation of 4-alky-biphenyl, and the total yield was 58. 1%~63.4%. The product was confirmed by IR、^1H NMR and elemental analysis. This method had the advantanges of moderate reaction conditions.short steps and high yield.
