高顺式-二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯作为香料其性能远优于普通二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯,是各大型香精香料公司的招牌产品之一。总结了目前合成高顺式-二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯的主要方法,认为取代环戊烯酮加氢法比较适合工业化。

High cis-dihydrojasmanate, a noble fragrance, is often one of a pride for a Flavor-fragrance company. The synthetic methods of the compound were reviewed in this paper, showing that the stererohydrogenation is probably the most promising one.
