便携式离线/在线变工况监测诊断系统的研制及应用

Developing an off-line/on-line portable monitoring and diagnosis system and its application for varied operating equipment

介绍了最近研制成功的便携式离线／在线变工况监测诊断系统。该系统既适合于量大面广的面上设备的离线监测和诊断，又适合于关键设备的在线监测与精密诊断；既适合于平稳机械的诊断，又适合于非平稳变工况设备的诊断；既能够进行平稳动态分析，又能进行瞬变非平稳动态分析；同时，配有柔性转子现场快速动平衡软件。在电力、石化、冶金、矿山、交通、港口、建材等行业具有十分广阔的推广应用前景。

An off-line/on-line portable monitoring and diagnosis system has been developed by Xi'an Jiaotong University. In this Paper, we introduce the system and its application for varied operating equipment. It is suitable for stable and varied operation, common and key equiment, and it can be used to analyze both stationary and nonstationary systems, and can rapidly balance flexible rotor. It can be popularized in the following fields: electric power, petrochemistry, metallurgy, mining, traffic, port and building materal industry.
