摘要
武钢硅钢厂退火生产线经常发生因带钢跑偏造成断带事故。在加热炉出口处增设一套APC自动纠偏装置，经三年运行考核，使用良好，消除了事故。
Strip breakage happened very often in the annealing assembly line at the silicon steel workshop of Wuhan Iron & Steel Corp. for the reason of strip deviation. Adding APC automatic deviation-rectifying device at the outlet of heating furnace can improve the situation. One such device has been set up there for three years with an obvious result.
