城镇居民生活满意度模型与实证研究

The Urban Residents Living Satisfaction Model and Empirical Research

在现有国际主流顾客满意度模型的基础上,构建了居民生活满意度模型,以内蒙古城镇居民为例进行了实证研究。并进一步扩展到对居民生活状况的总体把握,以致能够对影响居民生活及其满意度的微观和宏观生活领域的各方面的现状及问题作出一定独特视野与科学深度的分析与透视,从而为把握现实情况、解决现实问题提供更有效的参考作用。

By using the model of the existing international mainstream customer satisfaction, this paper sets up a model of residents living satisfaction model and conducts an empirical study with urban residents of Inner Mongolia as an example. On this basis, the study extents to the overall living situations of residents in general so as to have unique vision and scientific analysis on the micro and macro spheres and problems of living conditions which affects the living satisfaction. The study tries to provide more effective references for mastering the reality of the situation and solving practical problems.
