摘要 在人工心脏起搏器的发展历程中,生理性心脏起搏模式的概念被不断更新,通过起搏模式的转变,使起搏后的心脏功能状态更接近于正常的生理状态。根据患者病理状态采取个体化最佳的起搏模式是目前生理性起搏的发展方向。 As the cardiac pacemaker was developed, the importance of the physiological pacing mode was recognized. Through changes in the pacing mode, the cardiac function will be closer to the physiological cardiac function after pacing. At present, individualization of the optimal pacing mode is a key element in the development of physiological pacing.
