摘要 代谢综合征是多种心血管疾病危险因子的聚集状态,主要后果是冠心病等疾病的高发病率和死亡率。代谢综合征中各种代谢紊乱几乎都可以影响内皮祖细胞修复损伤血管的功能,很可能是上述现象的机制之一。以内皮祖细胞作为靶点,可以为临床降低代谢综合征患者的冠心病发病风险提供新的思路。 Metabolic syndrome ( MS ) is an aggregation of multiple risk factors of cardiovascular disorders which induces high mortality and morbidity of coronary artery disease ( CAD ). The contribution of almost all the metabolic disorders of MS to the vascular repair function of endothelial progenitor cells is considered one of the mechanisms, Research may point the way to a new method of reducing CAD risk of MS.
