多层螺旋CT评价左心房结构的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 导管射频消融术是治疗心房颤动的重要手段之一,左心房形态结构的认识对手术有重要意义。近年来,多层螺旋CT得到了飞速的发展,这对左心房形态结构的研究提供了可能。现就近年来多层螺旋CT对左心房形态结构的研究作一综述。 Radio frequency catheter ablation ( RFCA) is an important method to treat atrial fibrillation. It is significant for RFCA to evaluate morphological characteristics of the left atrium. Multislice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) has provided the necessary anatomical information for RFCA which has developed very rapidly in recent years. The article gives an overview of the study of morphological characteristics of the left atrium with MSCT.
