摘要
本文分析了现有档案扫描入库管理方法中存在的一些问题,通过对各种数据管理模式进行比较分析,采用全关系型数据库管理方式,并通过控制相机摄影、自动入库、PDF控件开发等关键技术,设计了档案扫描入库管理系统,实现了档案文件的快速扫描、自动数据库存储、网络传输、多方式检索、输出打印等操作,有利于数据管理、安全性和资源共享。
Based upon analysis of the present management methods of archives and their disadvantages, and comparison of different data administration modes, this paper develops a archives scan and input management OA system, which makes use of some key technologies such as the whole relation database management method, controlling camera photograph, automatic saving, and PDF control development. This system, which is advantageous to the data management, security and resources shares, realizes the files of archives in fast-scan, auto-store, net-transmission, multi-retrleval and printing.
