The undergraduate Party members are the pacesetters of young students, the builders and the successors of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. In order to maintain their advanced nature after their entry to the Communist Party, the subject of how to strengthen the education and the administration on them and help them to enhance their quality is a need of effectively strengthening the moral education and a key project of party building on undergraduates.
