摘要
从高职人才培养模式的主要特征出发,探讨了高职机械类专业的人才培养模式,建立了一种适应社会主义市场经济体制,并与劳动就业紧密结合的现代职业教育体系,大力推行了"素质本位"和"订单式"人才培养等模式,努力实现"零距离上岗"的要求。
Aiming at the main character of higher vocational personnel training model, this paper discusses the personnel training model of higher vocational mechanical engineering, establishes a modem vocational education system, suiting socialist market economy system, combining with employment, carries out personnel training model on quality standard and order form and meets the demand of going to work soon after graduation.
