摘要
引入独立董事制度对我国上市公司的规范运作起到了积极作用,制衡了公司经理层对股东利益的损害。探讨了目前我国实行独立董事制度的一些问题以及相应的解决方案。
Introducing independent director system plays a positive role in keeping public companies functioning normally and avoids the damage to the interests of stockholders by administrative office.Tbe thesis probes into the problems to carry out this system and relevant countermeasures in our country.
