摘要
黄埔发电厂5号炉低温再热器穿炉顶管处采用高冠状密封结构,运行中出现因密封焊缝裂纹而导致爆管事故。分析了产生裂纹的原因,并对密封结构进行了改进,消除了引发裂纹的根本因素。
High hat like sealing structures are adopted for the low-temperature reheater roof-passing tubes of boiler No. 5 in Huangpu Power Plant. Tube burst failures resulted from weld cracks were encountered during operation in related sealing areas, where necessary retrofit was taken for completely eliminating the cracking causes.
