摘要
①目的探讨不同病理类型良性前列腺增生与前列腺癌的MRS检查的差异及其在临床的应用价值。②方法对16例前列腺增生及8例前列腺癌的患者术前均行MRS检查,观察枸橼酸盐(Cit)胆碱化合物(Cho)和肌酸(Cre)波峰和化学位移,并测定(Cho+Cre)/Cit值,进行统计学处理。③结果前列腺腺体增生型CC/Ci值为0.59±0.29;基质型CC/Ci值为1.22±0.38;混合型CC/Ci值为0.80±0.27;前列腺癌CC/Ci为2.54±1.38。④结论MRS是前列腺癌监别诊断的可靠方法。
Objective To study the difference between benign prostatic hyperplasia of three pathologic types and prostate carcinoma in magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) and its clinic value. Methods Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy were carfled out in 16 patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia and 8 patients of prostate carcinoma to observe the peaks and chemical displacements of Citrate (Cit) , Choline (Cho) and Creatine (Cre) , and measure the ratios of( Cho + Cre)/Cit ( CC/Ci ) . Results The CC/Ci ratios of benign prostatic hyperplasia of three pathologic types (gland, matrix and mix) and prostate carcinoma were 0.59 ± 0. 29,1.22 ± 0.38 and 0. 80 ± 0.27,2.54 ± 1.38 respectively. Conclusions There were significant differences between gland prostatic hyperplasia, mix prostatic hyperplasia and prostate carcinoma m the CC/Ci ratios ( P 〈 0.05 ), while there was not significant difference between matrix prostatic hyperplasia and prostate carcinoma( P 〉0. 05)in the CC/Ci ratios
