心力衰竭患者治疗前后C-反应蛋白变化的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 ①目的探讨CRP与心力衰竭严重程度的价值以及在疗效评价中的意义。②方法测定30例慢性心衰(CHF,心衰组)和25例心功能正常的原发性高血压患者(对照组)治疗前后血清CRP的含量。③结果所有HF患者CRP治疗前水平均显著高于正常对照组(P〈0.05).HF程度越重,CRP水平越高。慢性HF患者中,心功能Ⅱ-Ⅳ级组CRP水平有升高趋势,且差异具有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。治疗后心功能Ⅱ-Ⅳ级组CRP水平有下降趋势,不同功能状态下治疗前后CRP水平相比差异显著(P〈0.05)。对照组患者治疗前后CRP水平无显著变化。④结论CRP的测定对于心力衰竭严重程度及治疗效果的监测具有一定的意义。
