改革开放以来,我国社会主义意识形态发展经历了三个重要历史时期,产生了邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想和科学发展观等战略思想,逐步形成了中国特色社会主义理论体系。社会主义意识形态的发展与中国特色社会主义理论体系的形成是一个过程的两个方面。它们的根本目的都是为了实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民的根本利益,它们的根本动力在于人民群众利益需求的发展变迁。以广大人民根本利益为主线,就会抓住社会主义意识形态发展和中国特色社会主义理论体系形成的基本规律。本文通过分析改革开放30年来社会主义意识形态的发展历程,总结了中国特色社会主义理论体系形成的利益根源,对今后发展社会主义意识形态,完善中国特色社会主义理论体系提出了四点规律性启示。

There is three historical phases in the development of socialist ideology of our country since reform and opening up.With the forming of Deng Xiaoping Theory,the important thought of Three Represents,and the Scientific Outlook on Development and other major strategic thoughts,the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics has come into being step by step.They are two aspects in the same course concerning the development of socialist ideology and the forming of the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Their ultimate purpose is to realize,safeguard and expand the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people and their fundamental impetus is the development and variance of people's interests requirement.We can get hold of the basic law of the development of socialist ideology and the forming of the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics only by analyzing interests of the overwhelming majority of the people.This discourse summarizes the rootstock of interests about the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics by analyzing the course of socialist ideology from reform and opening up 30 years ago,bring forward four apocalypses on the development socialist ideology and consummating the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
