浙江经济技术效率估计及其历史变迁分析--基于随机前沿生产函数的实证研究

Technology Efficiency Estimation and Its Transformation Analysis of the Zhejiang Economy-Empirical Research Based on Stochastic Frontier Production Function

基于对数型柯布-道格拉斯生产函数的随机前沿分析模型,利用浙江省历年统计数据,本文估计了1952～2005年浙江省技术效率水平和前沿产出水平,结果发现,浙江省的实际产出距离前沿产出有一定的距离,存在产出损失和技术非效率。通过分析浙江省技术效率水平的历史变迁,本文研究发现,改革开放以及浙江省政府的制度创新显著地提高了浙江省的技术效率水平。最后,值得警惕的是,1995年以后,浙江经济技术效率水平出现持续下降的趋势。

Basing on the stochastic frontier analysis model of logarithmic Cobb-Douglas production function,this paper estimates the technology efficiency as well as frontier output of the Zhejiang province during the period 1952-2005 by using past years statistical data.The results detects the determinate distance of real output from frontier output due to output loss and technology inefficiency.As transformation analysis shows,reforming,opening as well as the government's constitutional innovation improves the technology efficiency level remarkably.Furthermore,it is alert to point out the continuous descending trend of technology efficiency since the year 1995.
