进展期结直肠癌合并低白蛋白血症与癌组织中IL-6mRNA表达的相关性研究 被引量:5

Relationship of Tissue IL-6mRNA Expression and Hypoalbuminemia in Patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer

摘要 [目的]探讨进展期结直肠癌血清IL-6和癌组织中IL-6mRNA与血清白蛋白水平变化的关系。[方法]63例患者按血清白蛋白浓度是否≥35g/L分成两组,低白蛋白血症组38例,白蛋白正常组25例,使用ELISA法检测患者血清中IL-6浓度,RT-PCR方法检测癌组织中IL-6mRNA表达水平。[结果]进展期结直肠癌血清中低白蛋白血症组血清IL-6浓度和癌组织中IL-6mRNA表达水平(2.84±1.53pg/ml,1.39±0.49)明显高于血清白蛋白正常组(1.71±1.13pg/ml,0.62±0.40)(P<0.01),且癌组织中IL-6mRNA表达水平与血清白蛋白水平呈负相关,与血清IL-6水平正相关。[结论]进展期结直肠癌的血清白蛋白浓度下降与血清IL-6等细胞因子参与的急性炎症反应密切相关。癌组织高表达IL-6mRNA水平是导致血清IL-6浓度增高的重要因素。 [Purpose ] To investigate the relationship between the change of serum Interleukin-6 (IL- 6)concentration and tissue IL-6mRNA expression in patients with advanced colorectal cancer. [Methods] Sixty-three patients were divided into 2 groups:normal group with concentration of serum albumin ≥35g/L(25 cases) and hypoalbumineamia group with concentration of serum albumin〈35g/L(38 cases). Serum IL-6 concentration were quantified by ELISA. The expression IL-6mRNA in colorectal cancer tissue were quantified by RT-PCR. [ Results ] Compared with normal group, hypoalbumineamia group showed higher serum concertration of IL-6 (2.84±1.53pg/ml vs. 1.71±1.13pg/ml) and higher levels of IL-6mRNA (1.39±0.49 vs. 0.62±0.40) in colorectal cancer tissue (P〈0.01). Expression levels of IL-6mRNA in colorectal cancer tissuse were negatively correlated with serum albumin concentration, positively correlated with serum IL-6 concentration. [Conclusion] Hypoalbumineamia in advanced colorectal cancer is associated with acute inflammatory reaction with serum IL-6 participated. The high level of IL-6mRNA in colorectal cancer tissue is an important factor causing increase of serum IL-6 concentration.
