摘要
Cr-20、Cr-62是以引进香菇菌株7917和本地菌株L-21为亲本,采用不预先测定极性,由单孢菌丝直接杂交组合的方法,经初筛、复筛和生产性试验获得的香菇新菌株。与首批杂交菌株Cr-02相比,Cr-20和Cr-62具有朵形较大,菌肉肥厚等优点。已获得广泛应用并取得良好社会效益。
New strains of Lentinula edodes Cr-20 and Cr-62 were bred by direct crossing of monospore mycelium of the parent strain 7917 and the local strain L-21 through primary and secondary screening and production test without predetermination of the polarity. Comparing with the first group hybrid strain Cr-02, Cr-20 and Cr-62, with bigger fruitbody and thick pileus, were extended extensively. And great social benefits have already been achieved.
