摘要
通过车削试验、浸泡试验和极化曲线,以及高温热模拟试验研究了铜对4Cr16Mo不锈模具钢切削性能、耐腐蚀性能以及锻造性能的影响。研究表明铜元素显著提高了4Cr16Mo钢的切削性能,同时其耐腐蚀性能也有所提高,但会降低钢的锻造性能。通过热模拟试验确定了含铜4Cr16Mo不锈钢的合理锻造参数。
Effects of addition of copper on the machinability, corrosion resistant and forging ability of stainless steel 4Cr16Mo were presented by means of machining test, corrosion test and thermal simulation test. Results showed that the machinability of steel 4Cr16Mo, as well as its corrosion resistance, was improved by the addition of copper, however, copper decreased the forging ability. The suitable forging parameters of 4Cr16MoCu were determined by thermal simulation test.
