摘要
针对以金红石为原料采用铝热法生产含钛65%-70%高钛铁的冶炼工艺进行了实验研究,实验结果表明,铝热法生产高钛铁在技术上是可行的,影响冶炼效果的主要因素包括:还原剂的合理配比、单位炉料发热量、造渣剂的种类和配比及保温效果。
Melting high titanium ferroalloy containing 65% - 70% Ti with rutile by thermite method was studied. The result showed that it was possible to melt high titanium ferroalloy with rutile by thermit method. The main factors influenced on the smelting results included the proper match of reductant, heat productivity of unit burden, species and match of slagging former, and the heat preservation.
