板坯结晶器内三维流场和温度场的有限元分析 被引量:5

摘要 利用有限元软件ANSYS模拟计算板坯结晶器内三维流场和温度场。采用ANSYS中流场和温度场的耦合模块,主要探讨拉坯速度对流场和温度场的影响,以及影响流场和温度场合理分布的其他重要参数。 A comprehension simulation to the three dimensional flow field and temperature field in the mould of slab continuous casting was performed with finite element software ANSYS. The influence of the speed of drawing slab, as well as other important parameters, on the flow field and temperature field was discussed by application of the couple module of flow field and temperature field in ANSYS.
