摘要
对棉种毛籽、光籽、包衣种采取尼龙编织袋、有孔和无孔PV塑料袋进行包装,并在自然条件下存放3年,研究种子在贮存期间的含水量、发芽率和活力变化情况。结果表明,种子基础含水量低于12%时,编织袋包装种子水分散失多,随贮藏环境条件而变化;短时间内(收获后12个月之内)贮存棉种,三种包装材料均无明显差异,如果贮存种子超过12个月,则以无孔塑料袋包装棉种为最佳。
Cotton hair seeds, bare seeds and coated seeds packed with nylon fibre knitted sack, PV plastic sack with and without pores respectively and stockpiled under natural conditions for three years were used to study the change of water content, germination percentage and vigor in the period of storage. The results were as follows. When seed basic water content was lower than 12%,seeds packed with nylon fibre knit- ted sack lose more water and the water content changed along with the conditions of storage. There was no distinct difference among seeds packed with three materials in twelve months after harvest. It was the best to choose plastic sack without pores for packing if the storage lasted more than twelve months.
