Experimental Report on Raft Culture of Sargassum fusiforme

１９９４～１９９６年，在扇贝养殖海区进行了羊栖菜筏式养殖试验。采取水面平养、簇夹与单棵密夹相间的夹苗方式、假根和营养枝繁殖技术，取得成功。２年共养６８亩，产鲜菜７４５５２ｋｇ，淡干为１１７６０．５ｋｇ；总效益２５７４７３．４元，平均亩纯益３７８６．３７元。专家鉴定认为，本项目居国内先进水平。

In 1994～1996 an experiment was conducted on raft culture of Sargassum fusiforme in the sea area for scallop culture.A success was achieved due to taking technical measures such as level culture,cluster sandwiched into the rope strands alternating with single seedlings closely sandwiched into the rope strands,and propagating the rhizoid and nutritional twigs.The two years' total culture area was 68 mu,which produced 74 552 kg of fresh Sargassum fusiforme.The total profit was 257473.4 yuan,the per mu net profit 3786 37 yuan on average.The result,appraised by experts,met the advanced level at home.
