摘要
发展环保型汽车是我国应对能源资源和生态环境危机的必由之路,环保型汽车在我国的发展目前处于技术创新的阶段,技术创新的市场失灵为政府干预和支持环保型汽车的发展提供了理论依据,政府要根据市场失灵的不同类型有针对性地制定环保型汽车的发展政策,进行不同程度的政府干预。
Developing EFVs is the only way for China to solve the crises of energy resource and ecological environment. EFV development is at the stage of technological innovation in our country and the failure of technological innovation in market provides the theoretical basis for government intervening in and supporting EFV development. Government should make policies for the development of EFV pertinently according to the different types of market failure and intervene to different extents.
